A couple of things to say... first off, the start of the song is pretty decent but, I am honestly not too keen on the use of the lead synth throughout it but it takes time to get used to. Above average I suppose.

I like this song very much, for no practical reason, though i think it may be because i am overly sensitive to different chord changes after there have been none for a while.
regardless, it is a nice technique. good work!

This is a pretty normal (but nice) trance/dance/whatever-it-is song. The big booming bass drums starts it off and then some background stuff takes over for a while. The song has a lot of channels and is tracked nicely. A lot of skill went into this song. The lead melodies are not extremely original, but they're nice. I'm not sure I like the wind chimes, though. Also, I don't particularly like the loop. Overall, nice ambiance, cool melodies, but not my favorite style of music.

Overall Impression (6/10)

This would be a quite nice trance tune if some of the samples were not out of tune!

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (5/10)

Standard trance schemes and samples. There are hardly pattern effects (except volume commands), so even although this module has a lot of channels, there's not much behind them... The samples are also not the best, but you'll find a nice lead sound (sample 2), some cool bass samples and nice effect samples! Although this is an IT module, the author does not make usage of instruments. He could have used the instruments to make smooth fades or pannings - Oh yes, I almost forgot this as I'm using ModPlug's fake surround settings: there is no panning at all! However, speaking of the sample / instrument effects: I really like the way the author used sample 13 (hi-hat sound) to create a completely other instrument - it sounds like a melody! Now that's a nice technique... :)

Development (7/10)

The leads are the better part of this tune: If they were not out of tune, they would be even nicer. However, there are not too many developments, but hey, it's trance... This tune should be a bit longer, though, like any decent trance track. However, the tune got a quite nice and powerful bass, but bass drum could kick a bit harder.

Creativity (6/10)

Well, even the author says that this is tune is boring - Okay, it's not that boring, but it's lacking some creativity - How about some more leads? I think this tune is meant to sound "dark", so it's maybe not the leads that are missing, but some changes in the bassline?

Enjoyment (7/10)

If you tune the samples correctly and you like trance, you can listen to this from time to time, I think. After tuning sample 2 to 48500 hz, the tune sounded already better and my ears "stopped bleeding". :-P It was no pain to listen to this tune and to loop it, so I guess it's not too bad.

How can anyone miss samples that are that detuned?! :-D
