The tune is quite good. The things that let it down are the repetetiveness and the corniness of the tune. Some parts of the tune are really well done, wheras other parts are quite not good. I like the use of some voice samples in the tune. But mere fact that the same tune is used for almost the whole tune without break just gets tiresome. The samples are ok for a tune of this nature. They have probably been ripped because I have heard them all somewhere before, but they have been selected quite well for the task. The patterns merge together quite well, but again the tune is let down by some really bad sequencing. Also goes too long. Approx length 4:58.

I totally agree with a first comment (it was posted 20 years ago lol). I can only add that voice samples were made with speech synthesis – either in Atari ST or Amiga. If you remember U96 "Das Boot", you instantly know that peculiar "tekno" voice.
