Absolutely great medieval track with excellent atmosphere, melody and song building. Skaven = great music !!! Listen and make your own opinion.

I found this song years ago and it has always been one of my favorite songs, of any genre or type, past or present. I lost it for a while as I only had a copy on the old school floppy discs which eventually went out of style. Something I was looking up online recently triggered an old memory of .mod files and I instantly remembered this song and went looking for it. It is still as incredible as I recall...though I am sure that is because it is forever encased in nostalgia and sheer awesomeness.

This song has been my favorite mod since I first heard it back in 95 when I got it as well as some other songs from Skaven in a Player Pack. I used to leave this song on repeat while I slept and had fantastic dreams.

One of Skaven's greatest tune! Heavy medieval-like stuff. It shows how good ST3 and all those old samples can really sound.

Another old one. Nice pannings. Melodies melt effectively well into each other. Reverbs make me kinda remind of caves, where dragons used to dwell, didn't they? And the acute "peaking" harp-like sound makes it sound like a crystal cave.
