This should technically be track 64 as, according to my records, another track exists before this one, but after (the non-existent) track 62.
In any case, the character this was for was some sort of hero/anti-hero, if I remember right, so I wanted his theme song to reflect that. I could easily be wrong, though.
The Japanese (yes, that's Japanese) title translates to "Try Again."
