This is the other selection that Timelord 'gave' to LOGiC for use in future productions. The idea was that this track would loop behind a key generator for some random title that we'd pirate and crack... only that never happened. We wrote a walkthrough for a new game called Blue Wave, and coupled ECLIPSE mod with that, which played in a loop in the background of the text. This one never made it into any LOGiC production because I never released anything again under that name. Furthermore, there were no members of LOGiC, other than those that contributed to the original project. One of them being my brother. I find it odd that just because Logic is mentioned in a short 4 month span of Timelord's works someone wants to take credit for LOGiC (Vortex was released in June of 93, Eclipse and Tranquility were done in July. I am unsure of what he was able to finish in the next 3 or 4 months until Surreal came out in November, and he was modding for ACiD at that time already, as LOGiC was really just a memory already.) I have many witnesses to prove my claims. I met my wife in early 1997 and I still had the same computer we were processing ascii, mod tracks and things we'd like to release under the LOGiC name. I played Vortex, Eclipse and Tranquility MANY MANY times (while we were having 'personal relations' because this music is great for when you're getting some.. let's be honest) and she can attest to the fact that I had a floppy disk with Timelord's handwriting, claiming that it was property of LOGiC or somesuch. So my wife bears witness of me carrying an original copy of the diskette and playing her the music many many many times. :D

Muscily I love this MOD, the ambient sounds and drums, they are there, but not so bad that they catch your attention and force you to listen. My only quible is a disconcerting change of tempo in the middle, but once that has passed you forget it was ever there, this was the only thin stopping it getting an 8.5 rating. The drums are well tracked which I find is often the stumbling block. The ambient sounds are superb as I often here tunes which would otherwise be great if not for badly looped ambient sounds. In this track I couldn't here the join. Nice use of stereo, with some good effects at the start. Only technical problem I can hear isn't even important, one sample has a slightly dodgy attack to it which makes the tune sound 'soggy' near the beginning.
