Help me find that... / Mod with sample of "I Kill People!"

I can't remember much else about the song, right now, other than the fact that it started off with a sample of a man saying those words, in an exaggerated Southern accent.  Other than that, I only recall that it was a cool song. 

Hey, cut me some slack, it's been YEARS since I heard it, and I'm getting old.      I was able to find the Popcorn and RainyNight mods that I used to love, so I'm 2 outta 3.
