Yeah, ive just read about that... How hard is it for a beginner to begin to re-create a mp3 (something like a video game tune) to a mod format?

Hello there, im in need to create my own mp3's into a .mod format for a nintendo ds homebrew game that accepts .mod files only for the music. I can't find the correct .mod file i need here, is there a program that can do this for me?
