MilkyTracker Support / No insert workaround in GNU/Linux?

Hi. I'm running Debian on a MacBook, which doesn't have an Insert key. I know there was a workaround for this in the OS X version (though it's been a little while since I used Milky, and I don't remember how you enabled it), but I haven't spotted such a feature in the GNU/Linux version yet. Does it exist?

Happens to me every time I open MilkyTracker.
And in case anyone's wondering, I'm on a MacBook, Intel processor, OS X Leopard with latest updates, 1280x800 resolution.

Yeah, I thought it was something like that. And obviously you'd want to use fullscreen with your normal resolution anyway, so it's not really a problem (for me, at least).
The startup issue is more annoying. When I start MilkyTracker it shows the splash screen fullscreen, but when the app itself opens, it shows the window's title bar, pushing the window that much down. Going into fullscreen with the keystroke (or through the config page), however, locates the window correctly, without the title bar.

Funny though, the guy I did this fix for found it to be a good choice
Well, to be honest, I have no idea what would be the best keystroke for the purpose... One's as good as another as long as there aren't clashes. A single key would seem most intuitive. There are probably some still available (I apparently get a note off from both 1 and the key next to left shift, for instance). I'm on a Finnish keyboard, though, so I'm not 100% sure how all my keys correspond to generic Mac keyboards.
Of course, Spaces didn't exist in OS X until Leopard was released last autumn, so before that Ctrl+arrows wouldn't have been used by the system...

I'm also on a MacBook, and noticed strange behaviour with fullscreen. MilkyTracker doesn't open correctly in fullscreen when I start it (showing the title bar, for instance). However, hitting option-command-F switches to fullscreen and back without problems. (When resolution is set to 1280x800. Going fullscreen with another resolution seems to cause other open apps to change window sizes/positions.)
I also got an error message when first trying to switch to 1280x800 fullscreen in the config menu, but I haven't been able to duplicate it...

Hi,
I've just been taking my first look at MilkyTracker, and it seems like an interesting option for tracking on the Mac.
The one issue I've noticed so far is the Insert key. I found the option to use Ctrl+Up for Insert. However, this clashes with Leopard, which uses Ctrl + directional keys for changing spaces. Of course it's possible to change this shortcut, but Ctrl + directional keys is by far the most convenient. And, frankly, Ctrl+Up seems like an odd choice to replace Ins in the first place.
If there's no quick fix for this, I hope a future release will provide another option to use... (More keyboard configurability in general would be nice, of course.)
