MilkyTracker Feature Requests / Wxx effect for sync

salkin, barzoule and i are working on the invite for the next TMDC 

but we discovered MILKY doesn't do Wxx command for sync, which is what BASSMOD.DLL expects. any ideas on how to enable Wxx command for sync in milky tracker?!

we worked around this with madtracker but would prefer to stay milky

Tracking / piggy tracker compo due oct 13th

hey .mod heads! mp3death is hosting a compo for some prizes (monolith 1gb pmp, in-ear phones from sony, mystery 3rd place slot!).

the rules are to use piggy tracker (runs on win, gp2x, gp32) and keep the size under 1.4 megs!

this tracker is a lot like LSDj and there is a quick_start_guide for the uninitiated.
