MilkyTracker Bug Reports / Transpose keyboard shortcuts in the latest version

Hi there, long time Milky user. Not sure if this a bug or something I'm not doing right?
In milkytracker mode ALT + F1/F2 Transposed notes if a block was selected, this doesn't seem to work on the latest version 1.03.

Forgot to put this is on Windows XP, I use an old netbook for tracking only.
