Prerequisites:

• Windows 10
• Firefox 68.0.1

Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Login to TMA
Step 2: Login to TMA forums

You are now no longer logged into TMA (not the forums).

Logging into the TMA forums seems to be entering in conflict with the other TMA login. Not sure if that's intended, but it's still something to look at.

What should happen:
Modarchive normally redirects you to another page after logging into your account when successful.

What's going wrong:
If you enter your credentials incorrectly and login (with an error message), but login again with correct credentials, you do not get redirected to another page, but to the login page.

Not sure if it's intended, but it can be confusing for newer users.

When submitting a file to Modarchive to be added, the website is able to tell if a similar song is present, even with a different name. With that being said, is there any way to submit a file to search without submitting it for upload? Would avoid accidental dupes and make users able to find songs that were unknowingly renamed.
