Space Commander Frasier Crane
« on: May 06, 2008, 08:47:13 »

Hello friends.

Me and my programmer friend GZ are looking for a composer to help us with our ongoing project Space Commander Frasier Crane. It is a sweet space SHMUP starring everyone's favorite space commander Space Commander Frasier Crane, where he battles intergalactic space baddies and saves the day.

Some media to get you pumped:

Old YouTube clip from a crummy 2005 version.

What we need:
Really awesome and super duper sweet cracktro-esque .mod or .it tunes for pretty much ever level, boss encounter and sequence in the game. I would guess that about 5-10 compositions will be needed. We're currently using maktone music but I would like something made exclusively for this game.

Beggars can't be choosers but we want really kickass and epic chiptunes with tons of arpeggios and sweet and catchy leads. I will show you some examples of what constitutes as kickass:

Heelhook
Pod02
Alloy Run
Funkystars
Space Commander Frasier Crane

Also:
We're not going to pay you because this is a freeware project but hopefully you will find it in your heart to work relentlessly for free because we want you to and most importantly: we are greedy.

Join the Frasier revolution today.

That is cool but do you think you can make what we need though?
