Android Player
« on: February 17, 2010, 01:22:22 »

As mentioned in this post, I have an Android player for the formats listed here.

You can find the APK here.

I created a new thread as per m0d's request.

Check it out and let me know what you think.

Will maybe add MOD and other tracker formats in the future.

Just makes sense in posting your own thread on your own softeware. sasq has abandoned all points of contact i've tried, I don't even know if he is still alive so best to start afresh.

I've attached a QRCode for this APK link :)

Could you link up a couple of demo tunes to try? I don't collect those formats myself so i have nothing to try with it.

I mostly only listen to SNES SPC and NES NSF/NSFE formats myself so here's my 2 favourite sources for them.

http://snesmusic.org/v2/ SNES SPC, the downloads are in .rsn format which is just a RARed archive which I don't support yet, you can unrar them into the /sdcard/media/vgmusic folder on your device.

http://disch.zophar.net/nsfe.php NES NSFe, it is the same as NSF, just with individual track info. The one file contains all the tracks.

The other formats you'll have to Google, but most of them should be available at http://www.zophar.nett/music.html.
