It depends on the stupidity of your AV and your AV's Heuristic scan level - the higher it is, the more useless info it gives to You - but it may be useful for sb else.
Those specific chiptunes probably were used in some viral tool.
For example, if you download yourself a trojan builder, even the included readme.txt file is improperly reported as virus. It is actually wiser to report it as a part of tool set, but AV companies are lazy..
Or, if a chiptune was used in a patcher or a keygen program..
There are some rare occasions, where a virus disguises it to be something else.
And there are also very special and rare Windows exploits... so...

A torrent connection can be hijacked and malicious code can be injected. I've seen that a lot.

Somebody should make a new snapshot and erase all of the previous torrents. I'm tired of downloading all top tunes with score 10 to 7 one by effing one and from time to time read about that I'm a "Webspider" or a "Download Hammer".. wooo.. I'm above human! I have spider and hammer skills! And I don't even have fiber optics! 0.o >.<
What's the point of making such an easy download list, if your server is weak to handle even 2 pages of download. Why not add timers, code verification or smthn like that?
Hmm, one more thing, that torrent link on Download Hammer page is obsolete...
