What do you mean by "inverting" notes? How can a note be "inverted"?

I doubt that any tracker has this as a built-in functionality (why would you need this, anyway?). However, you could load your module into OpenMPT, copy the portion of the pattern that you want to reverse, then paste the copied pattern into a simple text editor (OpenMPT's pattern clipboard is plaintext), reverse the lines in this editor by hand, copy the text to the clipboard again and then paste it in OpenMPT.
