ASIO4ALL driver not showing up

I used to use MilkyTracker a year or so ago with ASIO4all drivers, and I recently downloaded it and that driver won't show up in the configuration. It shows DirectSound and Wave Out but not ASIO4all. To be clear, it does show up in all the other programs I use (Sunvox, OpenMPT).

This was due to some incompatibility between RtAudio and gcc on Windows - it won't be an issue on the next release.
