I cannot find the source for this song...

Hello! I know this is a longshot, but perhaps someone from this community can help me find out a name of a particular song. Unfortunately all I have of it is an old, lousy quality, partial WAV file (with a cryptic non-related file name) which I uploaded and is streamable from here:

It may even not be module music, but I'm pretty certain it is.

All i know for sure is that the age of the track is pre-2000.

The filter sweeps suggests that it is not a classic module but rather sequenced. Sounds more like something done directly on a mid-to-end-90s hardware synth.
