There was a Mario flash game I played in my "childhood", although as of this post I'm still only 17. The game is "Mario Desert Remix" from 2011 by Yo6 & Shield Arcade. It was a mid or mediocre platforming game, that had nice graphics.

All but one of the tracks in the game are remixes of Mario track. That one track sounds a lot like an Amiga Track.  A thread in EAB claimed it was an Jochen ST song. But the song clearly has 4 channels.   
- A square like flute channel
- Drum sample channel
- A Bass channel
- And a channel that alternates between sawtooth and whistling triangle

It's pretty good, but this sounds like a variation of it. I can't find the mod of the version in my original post. Also the only thing other thing I know is that the artists names are Some1 and Prime.
