If this was for disucssion, then I don't see why this can't be discussed here. Though if you want to post it up on Pouet that's fine, if you just wanted to report it, then I don't think posting on pouet would do anything other than allow more folks to bicker about it than anything constructive, that thread raina linked to just seems to be full of it.

Besides, its not as if Modarchivers aren't interested, many including myself do not even visit Pouet on a regular basis so this is news to me even so

I didn't mean to imply it shouldn't be discussed here, I just thought this should be added to the Pouët thread as well seeing it's dedicated to these issues. I just dropped the URL there but it immediately got buried in continuing old discussions. What wouldn't hurt would be informing the composer about this.

Anyway, it looks like this company is based in India/Asia. If anyone contacts them, I bet they play dead... and yeah, it's looped pretty poorly.
