Bad.
Even for the basal genre techno this is not a good song.
It never starts, it annoys like crazy.
Just an extra point for the trouble making it.

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (2/10)

No skill used. Only some volume-offsets, and the rest is blunt, naked sample-use.

Development (2/10)

There is no mix, so judging it is impossible. Take for example pattern 23, where litterally one sample is used 32 times in two same notes, only one octave difference.
The rest of the channels is empty.

Creativity (1/10)

There is no melody to be found.
No creativity to.
Every composer who is busy for, let's say, a year with any kind of tracker, can make this within 30 minutes.

Enjoyment (3/10)

This song is only repetition. Even the pieces where the composer has tried to make some music are boring, annoying and make you want to throw out your music installation.
Maybe pattern 18 and 19 have somewhat of a theme, but you will have to search for it.

Maybe there is a group of people who like this sounds put together, but please don't call it music.
