Yeah, this one's a little rough. The arpeggio effect is playing throughout this song more or less constantly, and it's not pleasant. Using the arpeggio effect properly takes more skill than is demonstrated here. I guess the melody's kind of original, but that doesn't mean it's nice to listen to.
The end has a percussion sample that is disproportionately loud compared to the rest of the song, and then a weird pitch-down effect follows.
All-in-all, this song is kind of a mess. There's very little craftsmanship involved in this: there's only rudimentary songwriting skills employed here. There are better chiptunes out there.
