The intro sample to this is: "What power do you bring here?"... well it ain't the power of tracking, that's a for sure hehe :) Joking aside, this is a piece of house music with odd vocal samples intermixed with a plain drumloop and repetative chord hits and bassline, but not at the same time. It's totally underdeveloped and lacks much structure. Ok, I have to add that the vocal sample that sounds like "Taxiiii" is very irritating... Thank goodness it's only short :)
