I really had to think what sort off style this song is. I chose Big Beat cause of the drum's. Now what about the music? WAAAAAAA, what sort of deranged people made this??? It's a cross between Big Beat, dub house, classical and 4 other different styles. It's got 0.5 point and that half point is for the drums, as for the rest, bad, bad, bad. There's a good cut/res instrument in there, but it hasn't been put to use. The drum track is the only thing that's a bit better than the rest. If you want to make music, choose a style guys and stick to it.

tracked by ArchAngel / ctr.uup for the multichnlcompo at Birdie VII. duration: 2:21 ok, so this isn't the best tune ever. . but those drums are just too good to be true... =) As last year, the Birdie crew succeeded _again_ with the voting system... This time we raised our hands instead of writing on toilet- tissues, though. But admit it... it was quite cousy, all huddled up infront of that 15" screen and that megaultrasuper- stereo, with that broken equalizer... =) hehe . . . well, no price-money for this tune, but I participated in the winning (lam) demo, so I managed to come out plus... ($) I hope you all have leeched the Hojkkloss lam-demo and the tune called Hardcore! . . . hehe... do I have to say anything else? =) I don't think I will greet people this time . . . I've already sent some hellos to everybody in the Hardcore tune and the Hojkkloss lam-demo. See ya all at Remedy this summer! This is more a comment about the reviewer than the track. I'd have given it 5/10 points under normal circumstances, but in this case I feel forced to give it 10/10 to even out the score. First off the reviewer seems to break his head, trying to figure out what genre it is... And that's really all he seems to do in the Musical Report.
Please answer me; Why does the style and genre matter? Then he moves on to talk a bit about the insruments in the in the Technical Aspect. And just when you thought he'd setteled down and grown a brain, he says something as ignorant as "If you want to make music, choose a style guys and stick to it." What the hell is that all about? Does he think that all genres of the past, present and future has already been defined? Would Hendrix , Aphex Twin or Squarepusher have made any difference if they'd simply stuck with predefined genres and styles? I have never in my intire life read such a poor review. It stinks of ignorance! I can still feel the sour stench in my nose!
