In my opinion technically - average. Usual samples - usual mix of sounds. Nothing new or fresh. Could be much powerful.

Nicely done.
3 points off for the absolutely terrible vocal samples though, really kills this.

I'm personally not very fan of that sort of music but this one is technically solid. It is well developed, it flows well.
