The person who made this isn't wrong. There's no ambience here. It doesn't suit the title at all. It's all loud and obnoxious with rough instruments done in the same typical beat/tempo I've heard from a good chunk of some chiptune composers. the Instruments themselves feel lackluster if not ear-piercing sometimes. Which I find kills a song pretty hard. Also the drums on this sound loud and feel like they're louder than the song itself. which kills it even further.
Honestly this sounds pretty generic, which would at least give it a 6. However The above issues I mentioned though hit this hard. Gonna have to go with a 2 on this one.
