Fear is part of a bala
nced diet.

With the sun
rises
new fear

Increasing as I wake.
intensity through
awareness
Paralysis through
analysis.

With the sun
rises
new fear.

My mind it lurks to
take
Intensity through
awareness

I go downstairs
and
eat it for breakfast.





         Silence.
Shadow point to
paper flat

Ink wet from
ball round

Lightning sharp from
thunder clap
candle dim from all
around.

Slience deafens
Darkness blinds

Reveals to mind
what's feared to find

Left alone to ruminate
point to paper
wet to flat

with just our thoughts
we meet our fate
like lighning sharp
and thunder clap.
