This was kind of rough to listen to. It's a fast-moving hardcore gabber tune, based primarily on two samples: One is a beatloop with mixed-in singing vocals that sound like they could be from the middle east or Turkey, and a quick stab synth that provides the melody. They don't blend particularly well, since the tune played on the synth seems to be in a different key from the vocals.
The mixing was also not particularly great, as the audio was dominated by the kick drum sample that plays throughout. It was way too loud.
Overall, I'd suggest skipping this one.
