There are some parts of this that are pretty good - I like the pizzicato especially - and I feel like parts of the song are reminiscent of an SNES game. Other parts though, like the climax (is that what it's called?) sound sort of cacophonous with the choice of instruments. The trumpet-ish thing sounds like it doesn't really belong, for instance.
