Predictable chord progressions.. Though I couldn't quite figure out what was going on towards the end there...
Pattern 3 could definately benefit from some really thick guitars and strings, I think.

Nice ballad. The drums are the best part of this song. There is a lot of disturbing dissonance, however. If that had been cut down, the rating would certainly go up. Still, nice work.
