Depuis de un petit moment, j'ai en tête l'idée d'un second album "Chiptunes". Je m'amuse à nouveau de plus en plus avec ces petits sons qui me rappellent mon bon vieux Commodore 64 ou la Game Boy et de plus ce genre de musique est particulièrement apprécié par la communauté Demoscène et les auditeurs de Nectarine Radio.
Il y a quelques jours, j'ai été contacté via un channel crypté par Les Skulls qui travaillent alors sur une série de cracktro, en autre sur des jeux Xbox. Si le projet est alors "top secret", voilà qui me motive grandement en ce jour de Saint Valentin à me lancer dans un ambitieux nouveau morceau de musique pour fêter cela !
De manière assez amusante, l'idée me vient de partir de la Lettre à Elise de Beethoven,... probablement un petit clin d'œil au Classic Favorite de Virt (Jake Kauffman)... pour en faire, quelques choses d'explosif, qui pousse à son paroxysme le style chiptunes.
Tout en concevant Email 2 Elise... me revient mon idée d'un music disque type homme orchestre qui fait de la chiptunes, un Beethoven électronique, devenus complètement dingo avec tous ces appareils électroniques... Email@Elise.com
For a while now, I've had the idea of a second "Chiptunes" album in mind. I'm having more and more fun with these little sounds that remind me of my good old Commodore 64 or the Game Boy and moreover this kind of music is particularly appreciated by the Demoscene community and the listeners of Nectarine Radio.
A few days ago, I was contacted via an encrypted channel by Les Skulls who were working on a series of cracktro, including Xbox games. If the project is then "top secret", this is a great motivation for me on this Valentine's Day to launch into an ambitious new piece of music to celebrate!
Funnily enough, the idea came to me to start from Beethoven's Letter to Elise,... probably a little nod to Virt's Classic Favorite (Jake Kauffman)... and turn it into something explosive, which pushes the chiptunes style to the limit.
While designing Email 2 Elise... my idea of a chiptunes man orchestra type of music disc comes back to me, an electronic Beethoven, gone completely crazy with all those electronic devices... Email@Elise.com - cyborg jeff
