         ...there I walked. The sunny day had room for only
             one dark cloud, and it was moving towards me.
                The shadows of my mind merged with it.
                  The dark cloud was there for me,
                    and I praised it.
                      It gave me
                        a single
                          drop...

As fate will have it, that single drop, the dark cloud,
and my mood that day were the beginning of this song.
It started out in depression, hopelesness. I don't get that often,
so it was a bit special. The song however, had to follow my
ever changing emotions through several weeks before it was ended.
Started by the raindrop. Destined from the beginning of time.
Nothing else could ever had happened.


I would like to thank some people who had a noticable influence
on me while I was composing this song.

Additional Rants:

Well, it's in the middle of the night right now,
I've got my summer vacation, and nothing better to do :)
So, I'd like to talk about my song. No need to read this at all.
I think this song has more than 30 full working hours behind it.
It started off as the basic piano sequence, somewhat sad and
melancholy. In the first half of the song, you might notice
some of the laidback depression that I felt when making it.
It would be interesting to know if a listener could tell.
Afterwards there is a quite sudden change into something else,
and the song is basically jumping between moods after that.
It may be hard to tell if the ending is good or sad, and to be honest,
I don't know myself.
When I had made the entire song, I spent way too much time working
on details. But at least I can say I am perfectly happy with it now.
I hope someone will like this song enough to appriciate
the work I put into, and who can enjoy my polishing :)
