Overall Impression (7/10)

Nice one! This tune is a must-have for any metal fan. Although there is a great deal of simplicity in listening to this piece I found it quite enjoyable. Also, the samples in this tune are absolutely amazing.

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (8/10)

My biggest two complaints are the melodies of the lead and clean guitar. I'm not saying it didn't work; however, it could've been a lot better than what it is. The melody of the clean guitar was okay, it flowed well with the song's section of cooldown. Perhaps I'm over-criticizing since I'm not a metal person. Anyways, the structure of the tune is very professional with just fantastic samples. Although it may sound like a simple track a considerable deal of work was put into this piece.

Development (8/10)

This one starts off almost flawlessly: hard and fast with blazing metal guitar samples, then it progresses to a melody with a lead guitar. There eventually came a soft spot in the tune for the listener to catch his breath, which is a very nice touch for a tune of this calibre. Altogether the song flowed very well.

Creativity (7/10)

While this tune has quite a bit of repetition, the baseline of the tune was plainly meant to be so. Although the notation of the tune was fairly simple, it was very effective. I was expecting a little more variation from the lead guitar, but not too much harm done.

Enjoyment (8/10)

I'm finding this tune curiously addictive. The samples of this track made it very easy to listen to. Imagine that, a metal tune that's easy on the ears. Despite the repetitive nature of this tune, the sheer quality of this piece gives it its replay value.
