At only 98kb, this song is very compact - I'm guessing this song was made for a competition of some sort, perhaps in a <100kb category (the "give me a vote" line in the comments also suggests this). So it's a 4-channel mod, all with 8-bit samples, the largest of which is 11kb.
The song runs too long. The melody seems pretty rudimentary and I don't think we needed almost 8 minutes of it. I at least appreciated that the there are some attempts to mix things up a little bit by varying the tempo, but I don't think it does enough to make the song interesting. Sample 6 is jarring and grates on the ears. I would have left it out entirely: it adds nothing good to the song.
The song is at its strongest at around patterns 13-17, and the section immediately following this is probably where it's weakest (that's when the aforementioned sample 6 plays).
