This song is a house music tune with jazzy elements blended in.
It has a similar style to some of the music on the Streets Of Rage
series on the Sega Genesis and the game Space
Megaforce (Super Aleste) on the Super Nintendo.

It reminds you of going on a leisure stroll through the downtown
area of a major city at night.
