The chords remind me very much of a tune by Pride and Fall called "Inside", not only it's the same chord progression, but also played in the same style. But this mod is older. But the similarities don't go much farther, this is just a mediocre trance track. :)

Hey, this one reminds me on my early youth `94 or so. In that period such music was on the top.
