This song is oozing with emotion, the minute you hear it for the first time. It starts off with a soothing sound until it gradually builds up with more and more emotion, to the point it actually sheds a tear in my eye. The title and the sound this brings may relate to someone "finally breaking through" their dark feelings of solitude or despair, and I think Ekorren has nailed the concept very well. Kudos to you, good sir :)
Also, for that "sweep", I hear it more like an accordion but that's just me ;P
