Such a beautiful melody. Before I knew who it was that sang on the original - Bernard Lavilliers, I thought of artists like Mylène Farmer, Jeanne Mas or France Gall of it's time (in the 80's). It has all this melancholy that I like in a song. And a beautiful pop/synth-pop melody. Dreamlike and reflective. Puts you in a sense of mood. Maybe the lead instrument could be polished a bit more but overall excellent!
