No so easy to calm
down always, is it?

self is a soul.
There are two birds
living in the body,
which is likened to
a tree. One bird is
consuming the fruits
of the tree and the
2nd bird is there
just to guide the
first bird, which is
the soul or atma. The
other bird is the
Supersoul or Paramatma
...You didn't expect
to get a sermon right
there in your tracker
I guess...Anyway, this
is a PTmod I made in
