This module was used in a demo of the same name, "World of Vodka" (2003):

The demo above is not using this module entirely, because this module lasts for 5:24 and the demo lasts for about 4:30. This means that if you would like to hear this module entirely, download it here.
This is not another classy Maktone chiptune, this is something different. I knew this module without the demo, and I liked it. I downloaded the demo today, watched it, and I still like this module. The problem is, it sounds pretty weak, compared to a vast majority of Maktone's modules. I can understand the style, etc., but I can't just get rid of the thought that it sounds muffled. However, I have several arguments in defense of this module. At first, although this module uses rather unusual, weird samples, it is competently composed, with a lot of nicely used effects, with good transitions, with a good melody, after all. Secondly, I think that it sounds atmospheric, especially the intro and ending are good in this regard, so I agree with Wow25 on that point. And thirdly, this module sounds unique to me, I haven't heard anything similar to it, thanks to the samples. So, overall, Maktone & Natan1 did a good module. I respect their tunes. I hope my scribbles explain my rating well.
