Not bad at all and comes very close to the NES tune "Stage 3: Terrorist Headquarters" by Naoki Kodaka. But you also used elements from another remix here, if I understood correctly. I give you a 7 out of 10 and think this is okay. I hope it's okay for you too(?) Thanks for this nice little mod file :-)

Honestly like this remix too much not to leave a comment on the original file! It might use some elements of another remix, I honestly don't care either way, that remix was just about as good anyways. Might be overrating it a little here but either way, give yourself some credit for this one!
