stereo sound; GUS will play samples incorrectly, and this song uses
panning. i recommend using an ESS AudioDrive ES1688/ES1868/ES1869, a
Sound Blaster card that supports stereo (SB16/SBPro/SBPro2/SBAWE32), or
a PAS/PAS16; in addition, do not play with any interpolation.
