This isn't great, it doesn't sound good at all in fact, and you very clearly just ripped a midi file and applied basic chiptune samples and called it a day, hardly any effort was put into the module whatsoever. Crediting the artist of the midi file you used is okay, but it still doesn't help with much. Stolen or not, it's still low effort because you didn't work meticulously on the note arrangements, or chose the best working samples, like an original composer would handle it. You've made great modules before, so please don't continue down this road.
