I think this is one of
my best mods, at least
technically speaking,
and it is dedicated to
my pen pal:

"The music scene has
 been growing very
 quickly and many
 trackers think they
 are the best trackers
 ever because they've
 won lots of compos
 and are rated high
 at Trax In Space...
 But what that people
 seem not to know is
 that the scene was
 split into to scenes:
 party scene and
 internet scene. This
 led to a situation
 where trackers who
 used to be party
 sceners did show only
 little interest in
 the internet scene.
 The result is many
 trackers only use
 inet to spread their
 songs... and many
 party trackers are
 some of the best...
 Moreover, the intro-
 duction of a huge
 amount of public
 voting compos
 lowered the accuracy
 of thes compos
 because of some
 voters only able to
 hear bass drum at
 120dB and crackling
 melodies using a
 dissonnant 2khz samp.
 ...
 So, what is the point
 of this? This is only
 intended to show to
 the unaware listener
 that compos are not
 always accurate and
 that songs finishing
 44th in a compo may
 not be the worst..."
