I like this. It's sweet and melodic and is composed quite well. :) A recommended listen.

This is a seamless, flowing light ballad with pleasant melodies and an enrapturing environmental feel. High synths and chorus back up the piano, with conga drums dotted in. Definitely an easy-listening piece, this does, as ArchAngels says he tried to do, exhibit a misty shore with a walk down a path in the twilight. ArchAngel gives props to a friend of his for the nice 16-bit piano sample. And I can't notice any bad samples. No other technical flaws either.

(c) ArchAngel 2000 The Grey Havens: Talindra's Journey First of all I want to thank Darkhalo for sampling the 16 bit lead piano sample. Without that high quality sample, this song had not been what it is today. Many thanks! The Grey Havens was made for the Heavenly Music Compo 3. Many credits to Lisa and Anders for hosting this great compo! For those of you who are familiar with JRR Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, you hopefully remember the Grey Havens. For those of you who are not, the Grey Havens is the place from where the elves depart on their way to Westerness. ---------------------- Feeling the warmth of dawn's first rays of light, Talindra knows that the moment has come. The cold damp grass caresses her ankles as she walks through the morning mist. She smiles a last time at everything she passes along the way. Every creature look back at her with sad eyes. - Don't be, she lightly whispers. Far away she hear a seagull cry... The docks are silent. She dips her toe into the cold ocean water. Short after a small sail boat disappears into the mist... The Grey Havens: Talindra's Journey ---------------------- Big thanx to Per my brother who helped me naming the song. From the name I visualized a misty forest an early morning, the docks and a sail boat drifting off in the horizon. The short story above is based on the scenes I imagine listening to the song. Don't know if you see any pictures when listening. Hopefully you do imagine of feel something... :) Hello's to: Paradoxic (ixm) Cloaked (scc) Sunsquid (se) Phreak (phobia) Beak (mc) Mysterium (tis) Roncli (tis) TNK (realtech) Anders & Lisa (hmc) Melin Area 51 DNA Duration 4:11 Released Aug 31st 2000 Contact me: archangel_ traxinspace.com http://artists. traxinspace.com/ archangel1 Other new releases: Dancing Cherubim Meditation Sirene Song All my modules can be found in my corner of the Trax in Space homepage.
