When first listening to this one, I had to turn around to make sure nobody was sneaking up on me. It's a spooky piece with a dramatic touch to it, like something off the Jurassic Park soundtrack. The keys to this song lie in the background with ambient sounds coming out of nowhere; a pleasant surprise. The technical aspects of 'Scarred Horizon' are very good. The samples are put together in a very good way. For the style of the song, it's written in an almost professional way. The beginning and end are defined well and anyone who writes like this should pat themself on the back!
