A very good concept mod. Not as enjoyable as other works by Skaven, but very original.
An awesome world music ambient, presenting a very moral and spiritual feel, this was composed in response for the contentious termination of the amazonian rain forests and does it just awesomely with it's background's choring razors, The calls of Dijiridu instruments, and the jungle environmental music effects.
It is very inspiring tune, that makes the listener feel that he want to be there as the amazonian protector of the rain forest itself...!
This song is another great success of the author. Its melodies really make you feel being in a jungle. I like the way he was able to convey the 'alarming' message about the rain forests being cut through melodies. In the very ending slide-down melody, you can feel despair; that something wrong is being done, and as if there was lack of hope, feeling that opposes the vivid one throughout the former melodies.
(I wonder how many hectares have been cut since 1991)
