Well done!
This is a nice, energetic song to listen to. Not right at the top, but more than sufficient. Mostly the song consists out of strings, and it would be nice if some more tricks were played with the drums.
The bassline is quite alright.

Technique, Arrangement, Composition (6/10)

The size of the song is too big. The over 850kb could be reduced to half. The samples 17, 18, 19 and 23 are lookalikes and using two of them, or even one with some offsets can be enough.
The composer should have used effects.

It is, on the other hand, perfectly in playingtime, a good composition and always interesting to here!

Development (7/10)

The samples are clean, balanced and used correctly. The composer is obviously a good arranger, but should work in his mixing to.
The patterns 16-19 are prime example: those are good, making a kind of bridge. One could say they are even funny, but the transitions to the voluptueus pieces are too harsh. Make it more subtle and the song will be better.

Creativity (7/10)

This composition stands like a rock. There is a level that rises above mediocrity. Nice to see that earlier mentioned bridge. It gives the song even more flow. The drumbeat is at best lent: many, many movies and mods are using this 'we-go-to-war' pattern.

Enjoyment (7/10)

There is some work in this song, it is finished and therefor enjoyable. It is good of length, has a catchy melody and is stimulating. It must inspire to make music yourself.
