A little chiptune we got there. The melody is slow, not so groovy, so to be clear, the title represents clearly what the mood of the song is in reality... Wow. At the hearing, I can guess that it doesn't require a great tracker knowlegde for doing it. There's some effects here and there, but besides that, the song just goes plain. The samples are chip-ones, and they are pretty low in tone so you guess that add a more "flat taste" to the song. I wouldn't be surprised if the artist would had done this in purpose.
