The beginning to this one
was just sitting around,
so I used it for my compo
entry.

The tune gets its title
from the vocal sample.
The sample is Brain from
the cartoon "Pinky and
the Brain"  :)  I heard
it on SoundAmerica, and
the ideas began to come.
