This is a moody and creative song. It has a murky, expressive groove. It builds slowly (just a tad too slowly) and steadily, evolving from mostly rhythmic beginnings to a catchy, melodic finale. A little heavy on the echo, but the samples are all good. The instrumentation is diverse and unique. The drum/percussion parts are well-composed and effective-- neither overdone nor understated.
